Eligibility for Returns:You may be eligible for a return or refund if you meet the following criteria:
- You have contacted our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase, such as the order number and/or receipt, is provided.
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including but not limited to:
- Opened and used contact lenses. Under no circumstances will we issue any refunds for opened products. Due to this policy please carefully inspect your contact lenses prior to opening. We do not issue refunds due to colors not showing over your original eye color. Please keep this in mind.
- Digital products are not eligible for return. Once a digital has been sent to you no refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 1 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your payment method, it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item or an item of that nature. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.
