Shipping Questions and Answers
What companies do you ship with?
Currently for all domestic (USA) packages we are only using USPS to deliver our packages. For all international packages you may choose between DHL or USPS. Please email us at siouxlooks@gmail com if you'd like your package shipped using fedex, ups, or DHL.
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 2-8 business days depending on the volume of orders. PREORDERS SHIP ONCE IN STOCK. Once your order has been processed and dropped off USPS can take 1-5 business to deliver your package. Delivery times may vary.
We will not be issuing and shipping refunds due to these delays.
How long do preorders take to ship?
All preorders will ship once in stock. Orders can take 2-3 weeks to dispatch from our store. Please be patient during this process. You will receive an email confimation once your order has shipped. This email will include tracking information and an estimated time frame for delivery. Please check all inboxes including your spam/junk folder for this email.
What happens if I accidentally put the wrong address?
Please always double check and verify your address. We do not issue ANY type of refunds due to user error. If you notice right away that you entered in the wrong address, please contact your post office to alert them. WE DO NOT OFFER ADDRESS CHANGES.
What if my package says delivered on the tracking page but I didn't receive anything?
We DO NOT issue refunds for lost/stolen packages UNLESS the shipping method you chose included insurance! If you live in an area where mail has been stolen in the past, please ship your package elsewhere!
Do you ship international or to APO/PO boxes?
